Flat cars 0610, 0611 and 0615 were built in 1928 by Differential for Cleveland Railway Company cars like these are unpowered and had to be towed by another car. They were designed to work with the 1925 Differential motor crane cars like 0711. They carried a variety of materials used to maintain the streetcar system. Ties, bricks, rail and other items were typical cargo. During the 1952 Parade of Progress, car 0611 carried a more unusual cargo down Euclid Avenue. Dancers in 1920s garb were doing the Charleston on her deck. After the demise of the streetcar system, cars 0611 and 0615 continued similar work duties on the CTS Rapid. Car 0610 was on the Shaker Rapid doing the same. They were acquired by the Museum in 1981 after retirement in 1980. They are still in use carrying large items. The Museum has placed items like poles and bulky car parts on their decks for storage.
